ANTHEM Parent Cue – It’s Personal

As we regather with JH on Sunday mornings at 11a, we are excited to kick off with a brand-new series: It’s Personal.

Over the next five weeks in ANTHEM, we will be focusing on the ways in which Jesus makes it personal by pursuing us, knowing us, valuing us, and loving us just as we are.

The goal of this series is two-fold. One, it’s to help teenagers inwardly develop a relationship with Jesus. Two, it’s to encourage teenagers to look outward by applying some of the same principles Jesus uses to love and value them to the way they love and value others.

As we jump into this new series, we want all parties involved to feel equipped + properly resourced. We are walking our ANTHEM Tribe Leaders through video trainings that are based on the book It’s Personal, as well as providing them with conversation guides + other resources for navigating through the various aspects of the topics we are approaching. With that said, we want to prepare YOU (the parent or guardian of the teenager) just as much for the conversations that might come up when the Tribe Leader is not present or available.

Below this post, you will find various resources (Parent Cue guide, conversation guides, etc.) that will provide direction + insight into this series.

As always, if you ever have questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email ([email protected]).

Thank you for allowing us to partner with you to make an impact in the life of your teenager!
